• Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

• During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• Standard Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days (domestic).

• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any available shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We'll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at EverlastingVibesForever@everlastingvibesforever.com.

Please include:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping
