Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us. We'll do our best to assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Damaged Packages
